Microsoft Lists - Sharepoint List new assetts not getting ID number

Hi all, 

since yesterday we are having trouble adding new assetts to our Sharepoint List which we are using as a small IT hardware inventory. The problem is new assetts are not getting their ID number assigned, and they are stuck with numbers 1000540, 1000541 for example. 

What is your experience should I reevaluate the index of the list, and delete those objects or just wait and its a microsoft internal problem? Im using the microsoft lists web app over edge, since this is the best functioning version.
