Microsoft Lists - Calendar view with filters

Has anyone got information on when we will be able to filter the calendar view by columns other than date and title? I feel like this is not a hard update to release and it would mean a world of difference for us early adopter of Microsoft Lists.
In fact it almost works (see screenshot below). 

But as soon as I choose the tittle column to be the title of items on calendar, the filter bar changes back to the standard

Anyone working on this?
