MetaData not appear when MS docs was uploaded

Hi Guys,

Good Day. 
I just want to ask about Sharepoint library inserting metadata, what happen before after we upload a MS Docs metadata will automaticaly inserted in the column.

but all of a sudden the formula doesnt work anymore.

it work on simple txt docs but not in MS docs

this is the formula we are using

I tried to use Json script but it doesnt work also. I hope you can help me to this problem.

Just to add the formula is worked if the file is PDF and text file. but not in MS Docs
