Managing Views in a Large Document Library

Above is an illustration of the layout and a question related to how to filter views in a large SharePoint document library instead of creating -- potentially hundreds of views.

Not sure if I can do this filtering from Power Automate or how I would identify the site from which I'm starting.  I'm just starting to wrap my head around this.

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello CindyZ

    I recommend 2 things:

    1) If you are SharePoint Admin: One of your Sites could be a hub site for several other sites. Example: Site A is Hub for Site B, C and D, Site E is Hub for Site F and so on...

    2) The Cause is, that you can then effectively use only ONE WEBPART with out-of-The-Box-Filters within the "Highlighted Content Webpart", only in one page of your several sites then. But the Contra is, that you can´t make a template out of one highlighted content webpart with all the Filters and Sites set of it, so far.

Hope, you don´t mind, that screenshot here is in german, but i think you'll get it 🙂 Greets, Eva.
