Manage Files which have no checked in version

I am having a very peculiar issue. When I go to Library Settings -> Manage files which have no checked in version it shows one item owned by me as checked out to me with size with 0 kb.
Bu the document does not exist in the library at all and when I click the document name hyperlink, it just opens up a blank page.
Can someone help me get rid of this please?. Thanks in advance.
