You cannot do this from within Outlook, if that's what you're asking. You can certainly Copy the link from SPO/ODFB and sent it via email.

Or get the link out of the web interface.

The posts above are correct. You can get the "Existing access" link in SPO but not through Outlook. I'll pass this feedback along to the team though. Thanks!
