LookUp from another list dependent on values on another cell

Question

Good afternoon -&nbsp;&nbsp;I have created multiple lists - I have a flow created to generate a new item on my 'Site List' when an item is created in my survey list (This works!!!) -- however, on my Site List -- I need to look up the 'Title' and 'Region ' based on the 'Site State/Province' value. Is this possible?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hello&nbsp;LoriSeely&nbsp;&nbsp;with SharePoint OOTB cascading lookups are not possible.
