Log to show library deletion

Hello all!

I'm having an issue find a library in SharePoint Online. I have access to an admin account in SharePoint and have tried looking in audit logs and in the recycling bin to try and find what has happened to the library but it has seemed to have vanished somehow. The audit log shows the changes that were made to folders and files within the library as of last month, but the audit log does not appear to show if/when a whole library is deleted (tested by deleting a test library). The library itself is completely MIA.

Does anyone know of logs or a way to track what has happened to a library if it does not show up in Site Contents, Recycling Bin, or Audit Log Reports within the Site Collection Administration in Site Settings?
