List Views not showing in Dropdown

Hi all - when I go to one of my lists, the drop down only shows the "All Items" view and not all of the other 12 views.  Not sure why?  I've attached an image of the dropdown, and then an image of th...

Forgot to mention that I used Power Automate to create the lists so I imagine I am missing something here....

    I also ran this WITHOUT the 'ViewType': 'HTML' property and either way that didn't matter, I still wasn't able to see the views in the dropdown after they were created
