Seeing different functionality in a tenant is a problem that i had to deal with multiple times. Two times during giving a course, the course members saw new functionality, and i did not see it.
It could be a bug due a last release on your own tenant (target release tenant). We are not on target release, so that could explain that i see the same as your client.

Yup. It is always fun to investigate these things. I also have client tenants, where I do not see the filters and they're on Standard release. So in this case I really can't figure out if it's intended or not. I don't mind seeing different things across domains, I am certainly use to that.
My issue right now is that this will impact current projects in development, so I've had to put things on standby, unfortunately.
Maybe I'll try creating a support ticket, I don't really know what channels are best to use for these types of questions(?)
