List columns in library

Question

Hello,&nbsp;I am working on solution to include to populate Word document with data contained in the sharepoint list though content contols. Is it possible to achieve it thought the lookup column? I would like that this will work similarly to external columns - that if one value is selected other are populated automatically?&nbsp;&nbsp;BR,&nbsp;Adam&nbsp;
