Limit Access to 'Site Contents' from SharePoint permission groups

I have a SharePoint site with an imbedded Power app form. The form populates a SharePoint list.  While the form/app doesn't provide access to the list via link, the user permission group allows them to navigate to the "Site Contents" via settings gear. 

How can I limit access to the list (and list views) to just one specific (owner) permission group? (ie: the submitters to the form do NOT have a way to view the SP list.)
