Library Permissions and Link Issues
Greetings!
We use SharePoint as a way of collaborating with clients, and on each site, we have Library that is for our Internal items. After creating the library and removing the Permissions for the groups that don't need access, we seem to have an issue where individuals listed as site owners need to copy and paste the link into a new tab. When they click on the link, nothing happens.
I'm hoping for suggestions and insights....fairly new to SharePoint in this capacity.

Ryan_Willms that's kind of strange, try to recreate the link which users are clicking and not able to get, first remove , save and then add , save again
