Item child count and Folder child count appearing in Document Set

Question

I have a strange issue where Item child count and folder child count have appeared in a document set. and its also showing in the collumns:

The view is set to default, and these collumns are not ticked to be shown. The Properties of the Document Set do not include these. Does anyone know how to remove these?

I have the same question. When creating a new document set e.g. New_Account the item Child Count, and the Folder Chilc Count shows up at the time of the document set creation. It doesn't allow for the user to enter data. It just shows up.
I want to remove it or hide it from end-user
