Issues with Modern Experience - Record Lock and blank properties page
Hey all,
I'm seeing two issues with the new library experience that I've reproduced in two different site collections. I'm on SharePoint Online.
1. When declaring a document as a record, the classic experience shows a little lock icon. In the new experience, it shows the checked out icon. Technically, a locked document is checked out to the system account, so I understand how this got here, but it is still a bug.
2. When a document exists within a folder in the new library experience, and you try to view the edit properties page, it comes up completely blank.
Are others seeing these issues at all in their new experience libraries? We would like to move forward with releasing this, but these issues absolutely must be addressed first. Is there a good place to report actual bugs to microsoft?

- Hi, We have encountered issue 1 as well. A document declared a record shows the padlock in classic view, but not in modern. Will vote :-) Possible workaround could be: Add "label" column to view and customize the formatting to show an icon,...
I am seeing the second issue. I can't Edit Properties of a document in the new experience.
