Issue with Sync button missing in Modern Document Library.

Hello Microsoft,

this issue still persists. There is no sync button visible at the document lib webpart?
Is there a possibility to get this sync button back?

Exactly the same story happened with me. Not for entire tenant, only with my account. That's a long story what I checked and how tried to fix. Solution was simple - when I created new site Sync button appears first for its doc library and in a short while for all other sites.

We are also having the same issue. The Sync button has disappeared for some but not for others. Actually, the majority of users seem ok.... just a few of us. However we can't see the pattern.. Those affected do not have obvious similarities. e.g. different desktop builds, some on Win7, some on Win10... Just in time for April 1 classic opt out. About to raise a premiere support ticket.
