Is there equivalent of Microsoft CMD DIR for SharePoint?

How to List Recursively Elements of SharePoint URL? Similar to Microsoft CMD DIR command that list Folders and FileNames using Folder as Input.

For SharePoint, is there a Command or App that List Elements ? with following options:
Input:

1. URL of Sharepoint
2. Folder 

Output options for child item of URL hierarchy:

1. URL
2. FolderPath
3. Filenames
4. Last Modified
5. Last Modified By
6. File Extension
7. Recursive
8. Export to csv File
