Is there any way to add time line webPart in modern team sites?
Actually I tried to find the time line web part on a modern team site but I didn't find it although I activate a lot of features on the web and the site i don't know why! But when I tried to find it...
You didn't find such webpart because Microsoft does not provide currently a modern timeline webpart
But there is a time line attached with the task list when you add a new task list so why it doesn't exists as a separate web part.
Workaround: If you create a Classic Web Part Page you can add the Task Web part and it will show you the timeline but as jcgonzalezmartin says there is no "Modern" Task web part with timeline.

Actually I know that there isn't a modern time line web part. my issue is why didn't the time line web part exists on the classic web parts when the site is modern team site Although when the site is Site collection team site it exists?
