Is Google Analytics can be used to track number of likes, comment and views of site page ?

Hi,

Is Google Analytics can be used to track number of likes, comment and views of site page ? If yes, is there any documentation/help link available ?

Thanks and Regards,

  • I would actually recommend you to use Microsoft Clarity for this, it has support to integrate Google analytics into it data. It also gives you heatmaps and other fun stuff!

pratikdarak21 Create a new Tag in Google Tag Manager and choose event, then under the Triggering section, click the + button to create a new trigger choose Click as the trigger type.

For tracking likes and comments, you might want to explore setting up specific events or custom dimensions in Google Analytics. This would involve adding code to your website to capture these interactions and send the data to your Google Analytics account. While it might require some technical know-how, it can provide valuable insights into user engagement.
To get started with advanced tracking and custom configurations, I recommend checking out DataHive360. They offer in-depth guides and resources on harnessing the full potential of Google Analytics to measure user engagement effectively.
