IRM protect a single document in a SharePoint library

Question

Is there a way to do this? The owner of the document doesn't want anyone modifying/copying/downloading/printing just one document in his library.

No with default features....IRM applies to all the document library...to be able to deal with security at the document level, you should think on Azure Information Protection and SPO integration

Yes I've heard our Azure people refer to AIP, but I don't understand it, whether we have it, how it works... waiting for them to answer my email.
