Intermittent issue for people and group metadata ( to add multiple users)

Dear All,

Have you found any issues to add the multiple users using people and group in document library where the people and group column is allowed to add multiple users. Somedays I could add the users smoothly without issue. Unfortunately I face the issue again today. Not sure what's the backend processing. Does Microsoft do something on behind like patches deployment?

Here is the sample: Missing 1 name in column but the metadata on details pane is still showing 3 user names.
