increase server quota

Hi, as our site collection is running out of storage, i want to increase the storage quota. Not sure though if i can do this on-the-fly? Will it affect users in any way for example? Thanks, henk.

Yes,
You can do in the fly and your users will not get affected

You can easily do it on the fly, however, you need to first Identify the site you are using to expand the quota, that one you are linking shows 0 usage and is your root site collection, is the site that is out of space that one? or another site you are currently using?
