I've just posted feedback on the Microsoft Feedback Portal with regards to trying to improve it.

Below are the core issues. Feel free to go there and vote (if you want to) so that "hopefully" Microsoft makes some positive changes, and we start to get some of the core SharePoint issues resolved.
"I've tried to use the Feedback portal (and previously UserVoice) over many years and give up each time as the feedback is lost after a day (pushed down the queue). The main issue is that Microsoft doesn't seem to perform any holistic analysis / consolidation across all feedback provided by their valued customers. Given Microsoft are fully invested in AI, can you (Microsoft) run some AI across the entire Feedback portal and consolidate all feedback into related questions and have these made available in a different vertical so we can see the consolidated/related feedback users are submitting. This will also give you (Microsoft) a true sense of what needs to be addressed, core issues affecting lots of your customers, etc.
I'm also convinced that there isn't a dedicated team in Microsoft that is managing all the feedback that comes through (there's a lot of feedback but no action, comments, etc. I know from experience with my own posts). Given this is the channel we are pushed to for logging our feedback, there should be a dedicated team responding to the feedback posted."
