OR
=IF([Nonclinical/Clinical Study Subtype calculated]="No",IF([Nonclinical/Clinical Study Subtype calculated2]="No","",[Nonclinical/Clinical Study Subtype calculated2]),[Nonclinical/Clinical Study Subtype calculated])
