I want when a new item is create in SharePoint list with unique serial Number also a bard code

Question

I want to create a asset management list a SharePoint. for that I am using the asset manager template to create this list. Now I want to create a asset entry number (which will be unique) and also want a Bar code created on that list. so that I can print that bar code to mark my devices.&nbsp;
