I want to automatically move multiple SharePoint folder datas to single share point folder! HOW?

Are you using Modern Lists and Libraries? If so, you can copy documents between your various libraries via the Move command in the Modern UI. Else you can sync all the libraries with the OneDrive Sync agent and move all the content on the desktop.
