Hyperlinking List gallery view on SP

I have a list that is full of training courses and i want to make it so that when a user select one of them, it will hyperlink to the corresponding hyperlink. I could do an powerapp, but wanted to see if there is a way to do this via list webpart on a SP page.

Can't use event webpart since there are no set dates, some are on demand.

you need to create a new column on your list with a link to the corresponding hyperlink. With this base you can use list views, also with view formatting, search or the new html pages. As alternative user can use the hyperlink in the default SharePoint form.

Yes, you can do this without a Power App using column formatting on the list view. Add a Hyperlink column (say CourseLink) alongside the course name, then in the view go to Format current view (or Format this column on the title column), switch to Advanced mode and use JSON that turns the title into a link, along these lines: {"$schema":"https://developer.microsoft.com/json-schemas/sp/v2/column-formatting.schema.json","elmType":"a","txtContent":"@currentField","attributes":{"href":"[$CourseLink]","target":"_blank"}}. In a Hyperlink column the URL part is what [$CourseLink] returns, so each row opens its own course page. If you want the whole card in the gallery layout to be clickable, apply the same idea through the view's gallery formatting and keep the cards to a few columns. Then add the list as a List web part on the page and pick that view. Since some courses are on demand and have no dates, a gallery or compact view sorted by a Category column also works better than the Events web part. Note that column formatting only changes how the field is displayed, so the link still respects the list permissions.
