Hubs and Site Collection Archtectures

I am interested in what others think about this and if they see any issues?

    Per our other conversation, the main limitations are that you can only link to one hub and a hub cannot belong to another hub.  

     

    Virtual structure would be nice, but with this it is very flat.

    I like this approach. Less hierarchy - more virtual structure, much like we find in today's business world.
    Is there any particular issue you see?
