How will I know when Hub Sites are available?

What can I expect to be the first indication that Hub Sites are now available in my tenant?

Do I need to simply keep trying to create one via PowerShell?  Or will there be something more obvious that appears in the Admin Center?  Will I get something in the message center?

Thanks!

I'm able to create a hub site, but when I go to the hub site settings to associate a site with the hub that capability isn't there.  There is no way to select a site to associate.  Is anyone else seeing that?  Is there something else I need to enable?

You add a site to a hub from the site itself not on the hub settings of the main hub. It’s on site information tab I think.
  • Only way is run the command to setup a hub site, go to that site then see the Global nave bar, and you'll see Hub options on other sites to join to hubs after doing so. No other indications.
