How will I know when Hub Sites are available?

What can I expect to be the first indication that Hub Sites are now available in my tenant? Do I need to simply keep trying to create one via PowerShell? Or will there be something more obvious ...

Only way is run the command to setup a hub site, go to that site then see the Global nave bar, and you'll see Hub options on other sites to join to hubs after doing so. No other indications.
