How to Set Up Private [Me] in Room Discussion Sharepoint Online
Halo Everyone,
I had a problem, when I created a discussion room and I created a view so that only the creator and answerer in question could see the discussion topic and no one else could see it by creating a filter on the view: Created By [Me] and Modified By [Me]
but the result is that everyone can see the discussion topics that I created.
Please help me to provide the right solution.

Change item level permissions settings from List settings --> Advanced settings page like:
