How to Set Up Private [Me] in Room Discussion Sharepoint Online
Halo Everyone, I had a problem, when I created a discussion room and I created a view so that only the creator and answerer in question could see the discussion topic and no one else could see it...

Change item level permissions settings from List settings --> Advanced settings page like:
