How to Restore Alerts for a Site collection? [SOS]

If this is SharePoint Online, there is no way to restore this alerts unless you open a support ticket to Microsoft to restore that Site Collection
Well this is a SharePoint Online Site collection... I will try opening a ticket as you have pointed out.
Be careful, if the SC is restored, any changes to documents, pages and list items since the last backup will be lost
