How to make News Post notification from SharePoint to Teams work?
Hi,
I need help to make the notifications from news post work. I am experiencing issues where not all employees receive a notification in Teams when a new news post is published in SharePoint Online. From what I understand, it does not matter whether employees are following a site or not. I would like to ensure that everyone receives a notification every time.

We found the same: there is no standard solution that guarantees 100 percent email notifications. This article contains a lot of useful information:

Hi Dave,
Thank you so much for your answer. I’ve looked into the same thing, but as I understand it, you can only use Power Automate to push notifications to a Teams channel or a Teams chat, so that you can be sure the users receive the message that way.
