How to make a Comment visible on a SP List ?

Dear Experts,

I have a SharePoint List with a comment on a List item. Is there a way to display the comment when auser user hovers or select the list item? F.e: with JSON.

Because when someone add a comment on a listitem there is no way to see that a comment is been added to the list item.
