How to have a SharePoint list column show which records have been looked up to another list?

I have two lists:

1) Employees

2) Responsibilities

 

Employees list has a lookup column that shows multiple responsibilities of employees selected from the Responsiblities list. 

 

In the Responsibilities list, is there a way to have a column show which employee(s) have been assigned/looked up for that individual responsibility?

    tortugacreative I suspect the only way to do this is with a flow in Power Automate.
