How to download SharePoint Attachment automatically from SP folder

Hello Experts,

I am storing some attachments from Power Apps to Share point using MS flow. everything is good in this process. now i want to store all these document to my local machine automatically. is there is any way to achieve this. 

Please find the screen shot below of SP folder where attachment goes after attaching from Power Apps  

there is one Activity ID column which identify that attachment is attached against which activity. can we get that column also against attachments ?
