How to Create View in Document Library Using Multi Choice Field

StephMedicx Multiple selection choice fields are not fully supported from groupings in SharePoint library views.
Also, you cannot use SharePoint designer and customizations on SharePoint online modern experience.
You might need to develop custom solution using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts to show such groupings.
