How can I remove these two parts of the marker in Highlighted content？

OOTB it's not possible to change the card layout in a highlighted content WebPart.

You can use the PnP Modern Search WebParts, it's also search driven and you can create your own visuals: https://microsoft-search.github.io/pnp-modern-search/
