Highlighted content webpart: filter on title current page

I want to make a page template with a highlighted webpart on it. The webpart needs to show relevant content based on the page title. What I would like the webpart to do is get the page title and filter the documents based on that so user don't have to manually populate the value field.

Is there a way to make filtering dynamic and use the current page title as a value for filtering the search result within the webpart?
