Hiding Word Doc Review Comments from all READ-ONLY users

We use Review > Comments to collaborate in Draft Word Docs (with Minor/Major Versioning).

But we wish to hide all evidence of in-doc Comments (including the comment bubble icons) when Publishing to Major Version.

Rather than having to manually delete each Comment (which I know we can retrieve via Version History), is there a global Permissions Setting(?) to always hide these in-doc Comments from READ-ONLY users?
