Hide SPO site details

Hello,

I'm new to SPO IT  administration. I would like to share a specific content with different external users(with no Azure AD accounts) . I need to hide any detail about who viewed, modified ...the documents/content. 

I would like to know if this is possible please? How to apply it.

    Hello,

    What type of content do you want to share? Is it only documents or even pages, sites?

      Hello,

      I would like to share mainly documents. The idea is that nobody from the external should see when and/or by whom the document was created or modified ... For internal members, it is ok to show these details.
