Help: Size of file was increased after upload versus to Document library

I just checked in the history version management, there is only version 1.0 is available.
I checked the file size in the details information of the file.

I understand, I was able to repro if I upload the file multiple times, that's why I asked.
What if you download the files in Folder 01, what's the size again on file system?

When I download these files again from Document library to PC again, the file size on PC are the same with Document library too (about 20MB).- Are you able to reproduce in another folder or another DL?
- We just uploaded many files & folder for few months ago.
And then, we realized this issue in the last few days.
Now, I unable reproduce but I'm worried if there are other folders with the same problem.
I hope that I can figure out the cause then we can figure out a way to check if there is a similar folder.
