Great Apps or Solutions for Event Management in SharePoint?

I'm looking for a decent, easy-to-adopt solution to manage Event Management through SharePoint Online, but I'm not confident in what I've seen in the app store. Microsoft Bookings looked promising, but I don't see that becoming available to e5 anytime soon.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable Event Management setup for SharePoint Online?
