Global Intranet

We are launching a global intranet page on sharepoint online

 

What is the best way to access to all users?

 

We have cloud users and AADConnect sync users

    to ensure everyone is able to read a site add use the "Everyone" or "Everyone - not including external" dynamic groups available in SharePoint Online

    This is similar to using "Doman users" on-premises

    You should plan to use your security groups defined in your local AD / Office 365 to provide access to SPO sites by assigning permissions level to those security groups or adding them into a SharePoint Security Group
