We are launching a global intranet page on sharepoint online What is the best way to access to all users? We have cloud users and AADConnect sync users Thanks
to ensure everyone is able to read a site add use the "Everyone" or "Everyone - not including external" dynamic groups available in SharePoint Online
This is similar to using "Doman users" on-premises
