Global admin Content Type Gallery

Hello, 

I've billed several content types in the new gallery. (word/excel/ppt).

When I publish them, I only see them in other Hub sites. 

When I open a site that is not linked to a hub, I cannot get these content types visible. 

What do i have to do to make this visible?
