Get SPLoaderError.loadComponentError ***Failed to load component error while gulp serve

I have created SPFx Web part With Angular Elements. Below versions are installed in my machine

When I tried to execute gulp serve command from VS Code terminal it has thrown me the below error

Can anyone help me with the same?
