Get all items which are exempt from Retention policies

Hello Everyone,

I have created retention polices on libraries and folders. After creation of those policies some of the files are exempted by the other members of the team. Now i want to know the files which are exempt from the policy. I am able to see the file which is exempted using the Compliance details option available in item menu. But it's very difficult to see all files and making a report that which are exempt. 

Can please help me on it by providing any way to report them all at one place. Otherwise SharePoint CSOM available to get all files which are exempted from retention policy?
