Foundation 2010 master pages to foundation 2013 help

Is there a guide or recommended practice moving on prem foundation 2010 master page to on prem foundation 2013? I know 2013 controls need to be referenced.

Is there a tool out there that does this for you? Like how Sharegate migrates Site structures.

Should I also copy and edit the core15.css file for compatibility?
